This Privacy Policy describes how Xenia ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information when you use our note-taking application.

1. Information we collect

Xenia stores the following on your device:

• Notes you create (text, voice recordings, and video recordings)
• Note metadata (titles, summaries, creation dates)
• App preferences (e.g. notification settings)

This data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers unless you use features that explicitly require it (e.g. cloud sync, if offered).

2. Device permissions

The app may request access to:

• Microphone – for voice notes
• Camera – for video notes
• Push notifications – for optional alerts

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Data retention and deletion

You can delete all app data at any time using the "Clear Data" option in Settings. This permanently removes all notes and preferences from the app.

4. Third parties

We may use third-party services (e.g. analytics or crash reporting). Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
